Telescopic Universal Joint
WSP Type Telescopic Universal Joints feature an integrated telescopic intermediate element, which enables significantly simpler and faster repositioning compared to standard double joints. This specialized design allows for effortless length adjustments in applications where axial misalignment is present. Effectively functioning as an extended double joint, it incorporates two universal joints to bridge distances and resolve offset challenges between the drive end and the driven load.
Our telescopic universal joints are available in a broad range of industrial sizes and are engineered to be both heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant. We also provide custom manufacturing for specialized lengths (shorter or longer) to meet unique project specifications.

1. Precision Transmission: Ideally suited for transmission coupling on the same plane with a dual-axis angle of β??5°. Supports nominal torque transmission from 11.2 N·m to 1120 N·m.
2. Series Categorization: The WSD type refers to single cross universal couplings; the WS type denotes double cross universal couplings; and the WSP type is our precision telescopic universal coupling.
3. Angular Flexibility: Each section supports a maximum axis angle of up to 45°, providing necessary operational flexibility.
4. Customizable Interface: Finished bores are machined to H7 precision. Customization options include standard keyways, hexagonal bores, and square bores to ensure a secure fit for various machinery.
