Description

The FT-type drop-in check valve is a specialized Inside BOP (blowout preventer) designed for drill strings. It features a simple structure and is easy to operate. When a blowout is imminent, the kelly connections are disconnected immediately, and the check valve assembly is inserted into the drill pipe I.D. and pumped down to the designated position, effectively preventing a blowout accident.

The tool consists of a back pressure sub and a check valve assembly. The back pressure sub, equipped with a stop ring, is integrated into the drill string and placed downhole. It serves as a sub above the drill string prior to the deployment of the check valve assembly.
